Speed Testing

How do you test your Internet connection speed?  I have several sites that I usually try and they are Speakeasy - Speed Test, Toast.Net, TestYourVoIP.com and Speedtest.net.  I like Speakeasy and Speedtest.net the best as they give you an upload and download measurement.  Speedtest.net has cooler graphics and does allow you to put a mini- tester on your site, try here.  SpeedTest.net also keeps your performance history and you can rate your ISP.  I have not seen enough other results from people with the same ISP as I have to see if the performance history will tell me anything interesting.  TestYourVoIP.com is pretty interesting as it rates your Internet connection for use with VoIP connections.  Toast.Net was the first one that I always used to use, but it only measures download speeds, which was fine when I started doing my testing, but if I can get both, all the better.
